Requirements :

  • Training required: DEC in special education techniques or delinquency intervention techniques, from a school recognized by the appropriate ministry.
  • OR Recognized 14-year diploma of general education, or certification as an exceptional childcare executive recognized by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux and the relevant ministry.
  • AND/OR have completed 50% of the official diploma course in institutional rehabilitation or special education (CEGEP course).
  • In other words, 3 years of relevant post-secondary training or completion of 50% of the DEC TES.
  • Law 90
  • Updated CPR
  • Be a member of the OIIQ/ OIIAQ

Eastern Townships

Requirements:
