Feeling valued, respected and accepted for who you are, without discrimination or judgment, can contribute to better mental health.\n<p>Here are a few practices to foster a sense of belonging:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<li>&#8211; Injustice, discrimination or inequality can have a negative impact on the mental health of the employees concerned. <\/p>\n<p>Effective management of diversity in the workplace can also have a positive impact on employees&#8217; mental health. This means adopting policies and management practices that encourage inclusion, open communication, respect and recognition of the value of differences.
